Preschool

Our preschool classroom is a bilingual, fun, safe and adventurous place where Catholic values, character development, fundamental skills and the love of inquiry and learning are taught through play. We invite both 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds to join our preschool program.

St. Thomas More Catholic School’s preschool curriculum is developmentally appropriate and follows the Wisconsin Model of Early Learning Standards (WMELS). Our Dual Language Program means preschoolers spend 80% of their day learning in Spanish and 20% of their day learning in English. Both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking children are welcome!

St. Thomas More recognizes that each student is unique, with an individual pattern and timing of growth, therefore we believe that our practice should be differentiated and age-appropriate. We are blessed to have a multicultural environment ensuring that learning experiences are meaningful, educational, relevant and respectful for our students and families. St. Thomas More invites all our parents to be partners and be part of their children’s education.

3-Year Olds

• 3 Full Days (Monday/Wednesday/Friday): 8:15 a.m.-3:15 p.m.
• 5 Full Days (Monday-Friday): 8:15 a.m.-3:15 p.m.

4-Year Olds

• 3 Full Days (Monday/Wednesday/Friday): 8:15 a.m.-3:15 p.m.
• 5 Full Days (Monday-Friday): 8:15 a.m.-3:15 p.m.
